Showroom Supervisor

Our Client is looking to hire a Showroom Supervisor.

**JOB PURPOSE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be present on the Showroom floor to lead the team and answer queries from internal and external customers - please be aware this is not a desk-based role.
- Be a Brand Ambassador and a role model by wearing the provided uniform in line with the Grooming Guidelines
- Maintain the Showroom areas to the agreed high standards and within the Showroom ways of working and procedures, including checking cleaning standards and back of house organization.
- Supervise, coach and develop a team of Showroom Assistants under the guidance of higher management, including planning their daily tasks, monitoring their grooming guidelines and time keeping.
- Plan and deliver ongoing training sessions on Product Knowledge, Ways of Working and VM standards to the Showroom Assistants.
- Actively support the sample team by becoming a key point of contact within the Showroom team to support sample related operations, such as goods receipting the collection, moving stock to other departments and keeping track of curated looks and runway,clear out, shipments and seamstress amendments.
- Deliver induction trainings to new team members on the Showroom Ways of Working pre, during and post market, under the guidance of higher management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standard of presentation and service, including the maintenance of the visual merchandising and the upkeep of immaculate product care and back of house standards.
- Be able to connect and interact with a wide spectrum of senior executives from the corporate teams, such as Visual Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Internal communication, client engagement and Facilities.
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times, ensuring all teams working in the Showroom adhere to these standards. Ie, Fire exit, fire doors closed, extinguisher etc
- Working closely with the House Assistants to organise the Showroom space for internal and external initiatives.
- Be a proud brand ambassador of their Values and standards. Constantly following and demonstrating them in your role (Open and Caring, Forward thinking, Proud of our heritage and Creatively Driven)
- Be a strong team member and investing into the Brand, exploring our D&I, Sustainability, Women empowered etc

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and working to tight deadlines.
- SAP/LM/FLEX knowledge desirable.
- Passionate about products and the luxury industry.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
- Will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in their positive attitude and conduct.
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility essential (work weekends and/or early/late shifts when required).
- A digital mindset desirable.
