Head of Marketing

This role of Head of Marketings is based at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire. Reporting to the MD and CEO and part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a critical role in developing and delivering the Eteach Group Marketing Strategy. **Overview** This role drives all aspects of the marketing mix from software products, advertising and recruitment services into Schools, MATs, LAs, Colleges and International Schools through to integrated marketing communications from both a B2B and B2C perspective.We are looking for someone to live and breathe our brand[s] and culture, help drive our organisation forwards commercially and help us to continue to grow Eteach as a globally recognised brand in education recruitment. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** - To define, create and deliver acquisition, conversion and retention strategies for the Eteach Group brands. - Organise an effective team to deliver integrated and measurable communication strategies and campaigns for the Eteach Group brands, products and services. - To ensure that Eteach brands & services are supported by appropriate on and offline events, sponsorship and advertising campaigns. - To devise a PR & thought leadership strategy for the Eteach Group. - To build effective relationships within the business to drive the marketing strategy. - Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools of this largely online business to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into revenues for the business. - To support the key "internal customers" by providing them with appropriate marketing communications campaigns, tools, reports, materials and presentations. - To provide the business with insights into the education recruitment landscape, competitive environment and market trends. - To ensure that all marketing communications activity complies with GDPR regulations. - To manage and subsequently remain accountable for the company’s annual marketing spend and ensure maximum ROI. - To recruit, induct, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver the marketing plan/strategy and subsequent outcomes and develop their careers to the next stage of their individual development. - To support SMT with Bids, Tenders and ad hoc projects as needed. **Job requirements** **Essential Skills and Experience for this Role** - You will have a marketing qualification and be educated to at least degree level or equivalent. - You will be our Digital Marketing Expert, with proven experience in digital marketing or online marketing/or significant experience in a similar role. - Experience in leading marketing teams to deliver change and marketing improvements. - Experience in setting and/or developing an integrated marketing strategy. - Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills. - Knowledge of marketing automation incl.CRM systems and campaign management tools. - Excellent at communicating clearly with a flexible and adaptable approach. - Communication and collaboration across internal teams. **Key Competencies** - Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic and driven. - Gravitas and ability to act as a change agent in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Able to manage and mobilise your team and external support agencies. - Able to communicate with authority to both the Marketing Team and other internal departments. - Able to work to agreed timescales & budgets. - Good time-keeping, an eye for detail, accuracy, commitment and the desire to produce work of an exceptional standard is essential. **About us**: Eteach is a specialist EdTech company, leading the way in delivering Job board and recruitment software for schools and colleges, we are proud to work with thousands of schools and colleges across the UK and Internationally.
