**About Our Client**:
Large University based in Kings Cross

In this office-based role, you will provide helpdesk support and first point of contact for any Infrastructure, Development and Resource department related queries from members of the Universty. With strong administrative skills and customer focus, you will provide a friendly and proactive service to customers and conduct an efficient handling of each query and advise customers of the consequent solution

You will also be providing a full range of administrative support to the Operations Manager and to different sections of Estates when required

Manage the inhouse helpdesk and job management systems (ASK and Invida), assigning jobs to the correct operatives and liaising with the wider team to ensure the best resolution is achieved and completed

Place all purchase orders for goods and services for the Infrastructure, Development and Room bookings sections, sourcing quotes and contacting suppliers for cost effectiveness without compromising on quality. Arrange approval for the requisition from the budget holder

**The Successful Applicant**:
Good working knowledge of Repair and Maintenance administrative systems including reporting structures, budget management and procurement

Experience of working in a customer-orientated environment

Experience of accounting systems

Proficient on Microsoft office including Microsoft Excel
