An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and highly-skilled individual to join the Executive Assistant team providing high quality administrative support to the Executive Director of Integration and the wider Sandwell Place Based Development Team.

To succeed in this role, the post holder will need to have an understanding and overview of the work of the Executive Director including managing all mail, telephone calls, messages and coordinating meetings. This role also requires the post holder to work autonomously and be able to prioritise and manage their own workload in an informed and effective manner.

The post holder will also provide wider diary management and administrative support for the senior place based development team and be the lead Executive Assistant for the Sandwell Place Board. This will require the post holder to have experience in facilitating corporate meetings and be able to produce accurate minutes and action logs.
