**E-commerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimising our product inventory and listings to increase sales
- Optimising new and old listings for Google by ensuring correct SEO practices are followed
- Listing/ Uploading new & existing products to own website, Amazon and eBay via Excel or other 3rd party software
- Always stay on the lookout for new products in our field and report product trends to the manager
- Thinking creatively about which products work well together as kits and linking them for upsells, cross-sells
- Maintaining product and inventory portfolio as well as category and brand pages
- Monitor analytics to measure the performance of the activity and make recommendations to change
- Dealing with requests from our Customer Relations Department
- Liaising with our Marketplace account managers
- Liaising with the Commercial Department about products with negative feedback
- Reviewing orders for successful delivery
- Meeting new suppliers and helping discover product pricing then reporting to the Line Manager with a view to offer that product for sale.
- Graduate or Equivalent experience
- Similar job experience: 2 years (Minimum Required)
- Amazon & eBay seller management: 2 years (required)
- Website product listing, maintenance, google Compliance: 2 years (required)
- Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar: 1 year (preferred)
- Ecommerce Assistant: 2 years (required)
- Highly Computer and MS office literate
- A solid eCommerce understanding with a passion to always improving the customer experience
- Outstanding copy-writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
- Magento or eCommerce website experience
- Have great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, ethical with a great passion for his/her work.
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and a great communicator
