8-5PM, Monday to Friday (WFH 3 days, WFO Tuesdays/Thursdays)

One of the leading UK branding agencies are looking for a successful Key Account Manager to join their client Success team, working on one of the agencies largest contracts and liaising both internally and externally across different levels.
Are you an organised, confident, and outgoing Key Account Manager, with an understanding and working knowledge of Marketing? If so, this role could be the perfect one for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Working collaboratively with digital/creative departments to drive ROI and improve reach**:

- **Maintaining a clear and refined approach to work, keeping within budgets and timescales**:

- **Client comms daily**:

- **Analysis of campaign results, footfall/sales/social media**:

- **Present to clients within meetings (in person or on Teams)**:

- **Consistently be aware of market changes, review competitor campaigns and look out for new opportunities**:

- **Budget effectively and maintain profit margins**

**Skills & Experience**:

- **2 years + experience working within a Marketing Account Management role (or similar)**:

- **Fantastic ability to communicate**:

- **Confidence and keen approach to succeed and represent the agency to the highest standard**:

- **Build and maintain relationships in a friendly and professional manner**:

- **Rapport building**:

- **Excellent team player**:

- **Customer Service must be the highest of importance to you**:

- **Organised - be an octopus
