In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally and internationally, while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, along with traditional direct response marketing. **Responsibilities of our Marketing Manager**: - Devising creative and cost-effective strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites - Use digital marketing techniques to drive content and brand awareness - Develop plans which focus on target clients, reflecting different segments, company size, different markets as well as buyer hubs - Ensure that our brand voice and positioning is adhered to in all campaigns and across all communication channels - Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results - Reporting to departments and the management board on the success of campaigns - Review and research all modern technologies to drive all content strategy - Market and campaign analysis - Coordinate with the sales teams where upgrade opportunities or recommendations are required - Execution of the digital marketing strategy and future campaigns - Provide advice and technical support for our business partners - Innovating processes to deliver and to evaluate emerging technologies - Lead on the delivery and implementation of key digital projects - Ensure company websites kept up to date - Develop, implement and optimize the digital marketing strategy **Requirements**: - BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - Experience using Shopify or a similar Ecommerce platform - Experience in producing digital marketing reports, tracking KPIs and feeding back to the business - Experience of SEO, including technical on-page, content and link building campaigns - Strong social media experience including LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Commercially astute and results driven - Previous experience working within a highly driven technology marketing department with an understanding of B2B and B2C buying processes - Confident in managing external agency relationships that involve significant budgets - Highly Organised - Genuine fascination with the digital marketing space - Highest attention to detail - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Excellent, straightforward verbal and written communication skills - Experience of growing a business in a competitive consumer/retail vertical - Excellent time, organisation and project management skills **If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on "APPLY" today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance** No agencies please.
