**About the role**

We’ve an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic, full-time Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team based at our **Head Office in Alfreton**for a fixed term 12-month period, helping the team to cover a colleague’s maternity leave.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating our cause-related marketing campaigns, collaborating with our charity partners - Cancer Research UK, the Irish Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Research UK, and supporting the team with national and local marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise funds and awareness of our charity partners and Slimming World.

You’ll also work with our PR, Events and Social Media teams to ensure all our marketing campaigns are fully integrated.

Reporting to the Deputy Marketing Manager, the role will involve regular liaison with our internal teams including, Design, Writing, Digital and Stock & Distribution, you’ll also liaise with our Field based managers and self-employed Consultants, to create engaging and impactful campaign material.

You’ll be responsible for evaluating the industry and marketplace - sharing information and recommendations to support the growth of Slimming World.

- are self-motivated, can work across multiple projects and prioritise workload with good time-management skills
- have marketing experience or a relevant marketing qualification
- have strong project management skills / experience working on large projects across different teams (internal and external).
- have a forward-thinking approach and keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and innovations and are excited by new developments in the industry
- are confident in communicating (verbal and written) and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- you have strong marketing copy writing skills and proofing
