Play a pivotal role in setting the highest standards of performance at David Nieper, promoting continuous learning and improvement. This opportunity would suit an accomplished and inspiring L&D Specialist with a proven track record and passion for maximising the potential of everyperson within the business. Enjoy working at our design studios, sewing workrooms, offices and factory units, here in Alfreton, on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire, working alongside Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Serviceand Design teams.

Put your coaching ability to good use designing, presenting and evaluating learning activities - experience of leadership, apprenticeship delivery and skill development essential. This is an interesting and varied job that would suit someone with excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, who is accomplished, enthusiastic and highly adaptable. You will probably be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified. Ideally this is a full time, on site working role, but part time could be anoption for a highly qualified applicant. The pay is competitive and the business is well established, highly successful and expanding rapidly.
