Play a pivotal role in setting the highest standards of performance at David Nieper. This opportunity would suit an accomplished and inspiring L&D Specialist with a proven track record and passion for maximising the potential of every person within the business. Enjoy workingwith Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Service and Design teams to promote continuous learning and improvement.

Put your coaching ability to good use designing, presenting and evaluating learning activities. The ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes is essential, as well as experience of leadership and skill level development. This is an interesting and variedjob that would suit someone with a high standard of written and verbal communication skills, who is willing, enthusiastic and highly adaptable. You will probably be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified.

This role is mainly based at our offices and design studios in Alfreton, on the edge of the Peak District, in Derbyshire. Ideally it is full time working, but part time could be an option for a highly qualified applicant. The pay is competitive and the businessis well established, highly successful and expanding rapidly.
