My Client adapts cars so that people with mobility issues can get themselves and their mobility devices into and out of their car. They enable people to maintain their independence and the use of their car. Their products are genuinely liberating and transformative for their users.

Due to continued business growth, we have requirement for a Technical Customer Service & Training Co-ordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Team.

**The Role**:

- Co-ordinate accreditation projects
- Own and maintain training materials
- Co-ordinate internal and external training events
- Log and action training requests
- Provide ownership of training records
- Administrative, technical and demonstration support at events
- Work with Content Developer to produce technical and training photography and videos
- Provide administrative support to the team

**In order to be successful you must have**:

- 3 Years + experience in an administrative position in a similar role
- Familiar with MRP systems
- Technically minded
- Competent in the use of MS Office Suite
- An active interest in the automotive arena
- Excellent time management skills
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alfreton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
