**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects, delivering on time and to budget
- Building strong relationships internally and managing stakeholder expectations
- Attending and presenting in meetings in relation to design plans and activity
- Meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
- Brief the design team and wider teams on projects
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and campaigns
- Manage external agencies and suppliers
- Managing social media, print and marketing collateral
- Keeping up to date with trends, key industry launches and best practice
- Manage and deliver reports on projects

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 2 years of successful Project Management experience
- Great Knowledge and understanding of design, print and digital Platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised
- Self-starter mentality
- A meticulous approach to work and an eye for detail
- The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- Highly creative, imaginative and able to problem solve
- Good interpersonal skills, working well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects/work streams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Additional Information**:

- 37.5 Hour working week
- In Office working, (1 day a week working from home after review)
- 34 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
