**IT Helpdesk Support - Maidenhead - Permanent**

Digital Skills are working with a Global organisation with a large office in Maidenhead. The client have 30,000 staff globally and work in every major country of the world. They provide market leading technology and are growing rapidly.
**About the Role**
The Helpdesk is 7 people strong with 1 vacancy (this role). They support users across the whold of the UK and Europe, working on a number of user issues. You will be working as part of the team, fully supported and integrated into the European IT team.
You will receive tickets and be asked to provide technical support to users, working primarily in Microsoft Windows and Office technology.
You will be required to come into the office in Maidenhead 3 days per week, possibly more at the start of your career whilst you train and develop. You will be working with a team who have a variety of skills and are determined to provide you with the helpand guidance that you need in order to be successful.
**About you**
We are looking for a driven person, somebody with the desire to make a career, not just find a job. The right person would have interest in technology, but does not have to have a deep technical Skill set.
You need:
- Experience in Windows
- Office 365
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Great communication
- An interest in Technology and the desire to make a career in technology
**What you will receive**
This client has a career path for people who join their technology team. You will begin as a junior Helpdesk Support Analyst, with a clear path and objective to become a Senior Technician. From there they will support you with career development and trainingto move into Infrastructure or Software.
The client is very good at supporting; this means training, development with coaching and mentoring being provided at all times.
