An enthusiastic contracts administrator is required by a growing and modern technology company based near Maidenhead. The company are looking for an organised individual to join their friendly and experienced team.

An annual salary of up to £22,000 + hybrid working + bonus is available depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Approving and processing customer contracts/orders
- Supporting the order dispatch process where required
- Logging phone calls/chats and triaging queries using Zendesk
- Providing operational support to the business

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to details is essential
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Highly organised coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience of Service Desk management principals and processes is desirable

**Salary**

£22,000 + bonus + hybrid working
