**Title**: Sales Administrator
**Salary**: Upto £28,000
**Location**: Maidenhead
**Contract**: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid working offering 2 days a week working from home)
We are looking for a confident and focused individual to provide administrative support by ensuring sales orders and contracts are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
You will need a pro-active nature with a positive 'can-do' mindset to be successful in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process the sales orders in accurately and on time, including processing new and renewal contracts
- Make sure sales orders match with all customer PO information, ensuring all relevant documents are attached on the system
- Reject orders not meeting the required information
- Ensure purchase prices are correct from Suppliers and raise PO as appropriate
- Keep customers updated on ETA
- Invoice orders
- Complete assigned reports
- Assist Helpdesk and Sales team with queries
- Communicate with the Commercial Services team to pass orders/queries re support
- Maintain contracts with accurate details avoiding discrepancies and update suppliers to match the back-to-back support
**Skills & Experience**:
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Positive, 'can do' attitude
- Ability to use own initiative with the ability to learn processes efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Office PC Skills
