**Valsoft Corporation is hiring for an enthusiastic HR Graduate looking to start or continue on their HR Journey within a global HR team**

As a Graduate Global HR Coordinator, you will gain exposure and learn the aspects related to Valsoft company acquisitions that include HR due diligence and assist the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with HR information integrations. You will have global exposure working with the company's many subsidiary offices. The position will be a go-to team member for our head office that supports our global subsidiary offices.

**The Team**:

**What your day will look like**:

- Operate within the HR Helpdesk system (Jira) in order to assist internal clients with administrative human resources support
- Handle HR paperwork such as offer letters, agreements, salary, and department changes, etc.
- Enter employee information into BambooHR (HR database)
- Administer and process all performance increases/promotions and bonuses
- Assist local HR across the globe to ensure paperwork and administration of employee moves and hires is completed
- Assist HRBP with all HR processes and global initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding process for employee movement
- Assist the recruitment team on global initiatives
- Operate within our performance management system (PerformYard)
- Analyze HR reports and data utilized for business decisions
- Complete exit interviews for employees
- Assist the People and Culture Committee with ongoing engagement initiatives
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Additional special projects as required

**About You**:

- At least a bachelors degree or above in a Human Resources discipline or similar
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively with a variety of teams and leaders at all levels
- Thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A superuser when it comes to Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- A multitasker that can shift priorities with short notice and work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
- A can do attitude and problem solver that can quickly respond to inquiries with sound judgment
- Detail oriented
- Curious and likes to learn
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK
- Must reside in the UK
