Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources by maintaining all employee and HR-related records, keeping them updated and legally compliant
- Respond appropriately to confidential and sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Maintain electronic personnel files and HR department files
- Maintain HR trackers and HRIS databases (Workday and SuccessFactors) with employee information and changes ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Assist in the administration of HR programs, including time off, holidays, benefits
- Manage onboarding for new hires and off-boarding by ensuring that all involved are promptly notified and prepared for their arrivals and departures and all necessary paperwork are completed in a timely manner
- Administer the payroll processes for each business area liaising with internal and external payroll teams. This includes collating and inputting information, providing basic calculations relating to pay, adhering to deadlines, checking payroll information is correct and so on
- Act as a knowledgeable resource to employees and internal support teams. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related questions and queries, liaising with other members for the HR and stakeholders where necessary
- Participate in and coordinate basic employee training programs including New Hire Orientation, Manager's training, and other training programs as necessary
- Complete ad-hoc reporting requests in support of HR and business initiatives
- Assist with HR processes such as compensation planning and performance management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred
- Sufficient experience within HR ideally in a similar business field or related area
- Experience of payroll administration
- Ability to organise workloads and manage processes across departments and organisations
- Excellent relationship skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communications
- Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking ability with the ability to remain flexible
- Ability to communicate with all employee levels and knowledge of corporate communication skills
- Effective problem solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
- Intermediate Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365, and Adobe Suite skills
- Experience of HRIS systems, ideally Workday
