Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing, and automated solutions to large corporate clients. **_As a senior member of the Legal Transformation team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the firm’s strategic Digital and Legal Transformation ambition._**

**Key Responsibilities** of the Senior Legal Transformation Manager
- Guide and support the business through the process to transform the way they deliver and sell core products and services
- Manage the programme of transformation objectives
- build teams to deliver transformation initiatives
- Coordinate or manage legal transformation segment initiatives locally and globally
- Provide guidance on metrics that will evidence the success of transformation on the in-scope products and services being transformed
- Engage regularly with both Legal Transformation team and Legal Transformation initiative team members to support the progress of their transformation objectives
- Act as a 'Transformation Champion’, by encouraging practice group participation in approved Legal Transformation initiatives
- Be recognised as a change expert and engage with the business and clients to contribute to the firm’s Digital and Legal Transformation strategic ambition
- Work closely with the Legal Transformation teams across regions to ensure a globally consistent approach to the firm’s transformation focus

**Skills & Attributes** of the Senior Legal Transformation Manager
- Relevant Bachelor level degree(s) or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
- Experience in a professional services or legal consulting environment, including business analysis, solution design, workshop design & facilitation and change management
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
