**The Company**:
Due to increased investment for the global legal operations function, **a Legal Transformation Analyst**is available at this leading Silver Circle Legal Services group. Operating within the UK, European and Australasian markets, they have developed an enviable reputation for outstanding professional services and delivering innovative products and servicesolutions. Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing, and automated solutions to large corporate clients. **_The Legal Transformation Analyst will embed the use of Legal Technology to transform legal work processes and support successful delivery of best practice and automated solutions._**
**Key Responsibilities** of the Legal Transformation Analyst
- Provide legal tech services for Legal Transformation projects, collaborating with team members and relevant stakeholders
- Advising content owners on preparing for legal automation and related workflow
- Building, updating and maintaining automated products and related workflow solutions
- Advising legal teams on best practice using legal automation products and related workflow solutions
- Analysing and translating functional and business requirements into quality automated products and related workflow solutions
- Provide support and guidance to legal teams seeking to embed legal tech products to support new ways of working
- With other members of the Legal Transformation team, responsible for the ongoing creation and maintenance of legal tech documentation
- Provide ongoing support once solutions have transitioned to BAU
- Act as an 'Transformation Champion’, by encouraging practice group participation in approved Legal Transformation initiatives, to accelerate the implementation of solutions to drive productivity and growth
**Skills & Attributes** of the Legal Transformation Analyst
- Undergraduate Law degree (preferred) plus business information systems qualifications or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
- 1 -3 years’ experience in a global legal practice or professional services business
- Solid understanding of automation software and applied experience using Contract Express, Neota Logic &/or O365 Toolkit (or similar)
- Strong MS Office suite skills (ie Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Ability to follow tight deadlines, work within budget, manage multiple deadlines concurrently, organise and prioritise tasks
- High level of personal integrity, initiative and collegiality with a demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with other legal and business services professionals and clients
