Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing, and automated solutions to large corporate clients. **_The Legal Technology Transformation Manager will lead in the successful delivery of Legal Transformation initiatives._**

**Key Responsibilities** of the Legal Technology Transformation Manager
- Lead legal transformation initiatives locally and globally by working with internal teams to design, develop and deploy optimised products and services
- Engage regularly with Legal Transformation initiative team members to support the progress of the transformation objectives
- Support members of the Legal Transformation team to provide Legal Tech services for those initiatives prioritised by the Legal Transformation Delivery Board,
- Support team members in their Product Owner roles to drive a consistent approach and experience across the tech vendors for business users and stakeholders.
- Facilitate the ongoing creation and maintenance of Legal Tech documentation
- Be the designated Legal Transformation team contact for L&D initiatives which require legal technology expertise
- Guide and support Legal Transformation Analysts in their efforts to advise lawyers on best practice using available legal tech solutions

**Skills & Attributes** of the Legal Technology Transformation Manager
- Undergraduate Law degree (preferred) or business information systems qualifications or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a global legal practice or other professional services business
- Solid understanding of legal automation software (eg. O365 Toolkit, Contract Express, Neota Logic) and applied experience in a delivery role
- Strong MS Office suite skills (ie, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Ability to follow tight deadlines, work within budget, manage multiple deadlines concurrently, organise and prioritise tasks
- High level of personal integrity, initiative and collegiality with a demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with other legal and business services professionals and clients
