**THE OPPORTUNITY** **- **Sales Order Coordinator**

We're seeking individuals who thrive in challenging situations and love working collaboratively with our dedicated team of Account Managers, Sales Development Managers, and Tourer and Motorhome dealer network. Together, we'll provide holistic support to ensure the smooth coordination of sales orders, all while delivering a first-class experience that aligns with Swift's brand values.

**What a typical day looks like as a **Sales Order Coordinator **at Swift**:

- Meticulously inputting sales orders and conducting thorough cross-checks to ensure accurate product specifications.
- Handling Dealer Swap Orders via Sales Order Entry.
- Generating Credit Notes for Dealer Swaps and Order changes.
- Managing Order Amendments, including those initiated by Field Operations Agents (FOA).
- Raising Firm Order Amendments (FOA) within established guidelines.
- Ensuring FOA changes within the Firm are effectively communicated to Production Administration.
- Ensuring timely and accurate amendment, confirmation, and allocation of Stock Orders within the three-week tentative period.
- Processing Motorhome Cab chassis orders, including automatic cab checks.
- Verifying chassis numbers allocated by production administration.
- Reviewing Batches going Firm to identify any necessary amendments.
- Coordinating sales order dealer promotions and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with colleagues and providing support as a valuable team member, including covering for absent team members and going beyond the core team when needed.
- Performing additional duties as directed by line management.
- Embracing the Swift EPIC culture with an active attitude.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and maintaining familiarity with them.
- Prioritising health and safety responsibilities and actively participating in creating a healthy and safe workplace for all.
