The role

Working within the finance team, we expect you to have close interaction with the wider commercial business, with the main responsibility being processing and compliance of global sales orders.

Key responsibilities:

- Processing Global sales orders
- Checking contract compliance (price, terms, correct data)
- Ensure invoicing is set correctly in the system
- VAT/Tax checks
- Communication with global sales teams
- Liaising with other finance departments

Role requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Experience of working in a large, fast paced business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure
- A talent to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues
- Salesforce experience would be advantageous
