THE OPPORTUNITY

Sales Order Administrator

Team Swift are recruiting for a Sales Order Administator to join our Sales Team here at Swift Group. This role will be ideal for somebody who can work with agility and professionalism in a fast paced and dynamic environment in partnership with the team of Account Managers, Sales Development Managers and our Tourer and Motorhome dealer network. They will provide holistic support to ensure the effective management of sales order coordination with the overall objective of providing the dealer network with a first class experience in line with Swifts brand values.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail skills.

Reporting in to the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment renowned for innovation, quality construction, stylish design and outstanding value

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately input sales orders and the cross check information to verify product specification on sales orders;
  • Processing orders received via Email etc;
  • Processing Dealer Swap Orders via Sales Order Entry;
  • Raising Credit Notes to action Dealer Swap, Order changes;
  • Processing Order Amendments incl. any by FOA's;
  • Raising Firm Order Amendments (FOA's) within guidelines;
  • Ensuring FOA changes within Firm are passed to Product Admin;
  • Ensure Stock Orders within 3 week tentative are amended, confirmed and allocated;
  • Processing Motorhome Cab chassis orders (incl. check for Auto. Cabs);
  • Check Chassis numbers allocated by production admin;
  • Review Batches going Firm to check for any amendments;
  • Process/Update and email Dealer Special confirmations & update analysis;
  • Coordinate sales order dealer promotions, maintaining accurate records;
  • Work as part of a team supporting colleagues which includes covering for other team members during holidays and absence, which may extend out of the core team on occasion. Actively support and champion our Team Swift ethos and EPIC core values;
  • Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures;
  • Meet your health & safety responsibilities and co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, taking reasonable care of yourself and others.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent numeracy skills;
  • Highly organised with excellent coordination, organisation and prioritisation skills;
  • Willingness and ability to work away from home when required;
  • Pro-active and the ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines;
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure with a flexible approach and positive attitude;
  • High level of accuracy in work and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience working with D365 would be desirable.
