**Office Environment**

Russell Partnership Collection are based at a serene Grade II* Listed Tithe Barn in the market town of Thame, Oxfordshire. Tithe Barn is a historical monument of the local area with over 500 years of history. Tithe Barn benefits from a private car park, gardens, and outdoor paddock for exclusive team use. Tithe Barn houses two modern and refurbished open-plan offices, private meetings rooms and a communal kitchen/dining area. The countryside is a 2-minute walk, offering opportunities for outdoor breaks, and a 5-minute walk from the high-street.

**The Team**

The business support team structure is newly formed, and you have an opportunity to join this growing team. You will be joining an existing business support team of two, working in partnership with the Strategic Business Support and managed by the Head of Business Support **. **Together, the

Creative and Strategic Business Support will be a complementary team that deliver a wide range of business support solutions to the internal team.
