This is a challenging role within the Water Business Unit’s supporting the site with all aspects of financial assistance. The role is an ideal career development for someone looking to gain the necessary financial and non-financial skills required to achieve a career in Finance. Reporting into the Finance Business Partner of the Water Division you will provide day to day support to team based in Thame.

- You will take responsibility for issuing monthly invoice target reports
- Strive for continual improvement and reliance on Orderwise database and reduce management exposure to spreadsheets
- Offer assistance in the calculation of monthly commission payments
- Collate weekly KPI information for E&S division
- Take responsibility for maintaining accurate invoicing controls around all revenue streams including, Service Contracts, Cyclone Hire Units, Equipment Warranties
- Manage the monthly sales reconciliation between Orderwise, Hive and Sage
- You will ideally be someone who thrives on improving processes has excellent attention to detail and keen to be responsible and take ownership of the Orderwise & Hive system improvements.
- You will have strong systems skills including Microsoft Excel and Office, along with the ability to pull reports from different sources.
- To be considered you will preferably be AAT Qualified or studying to become AAT Qualified
