We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to deliver high levels of service so that customers' needs are met and delivery of appropriate customer outcomes. You will also be recording and processing all redemption requests ensuring that the calculationsare provided within service level agreements.
**Job Description** Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Responsible for working in adherence to all policies and procedures in order to deliver compliant customer outcomes
- Manage vulnerable customer cases in order to ensure the most appropriate support is provided
- Identify and accurately record any complaints received from customers and achieve first time resolution
- Responsible for identifying and reporting any incidents of breaches of operational processes and policies
- Accurately calculate and process redemption requests in order to deliver on agreed service level agreements
- Responsible for updating and amending customer account ledgers
**Qualifications** Essentials
- Strong numerical skills / data
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong Excel and Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
- Flexible approach & ability to adapt to change
- Organisational skills
- Telephony skill
- Methodical and Problem solving skills
Desirable
- Experience in working in financial services or redemptions
