Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administrator to join our expanding team. Based in our office in Cheadle, this role is vital in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient administrative support, contributing to our company's mission of excellence
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via online message platform
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
- Process Returns from Marketplaces & E-commerce Sites
- Booking Purchase orders into our Warehouse system
- Processing Refunds on Marketplace Platforms
- Returning Return Items to Stock both on the system and physically
- Picking & Packing at Peak Times if Required to help the team
- Maintain organised documentation of customer complaints, returns & errors
This Role is full-time Time Monday to Friday: 8 am - 4 pm
Salary depends on experience: £26,000 - £28,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
