We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with a unique opportunity to contribute to both customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The queries will relate to style recommendations, colour matching, and product knowledge.
- Confidently assist customers via FaceTime or in-person, ensuring they receive personalised and knowledgeable support.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to find satisfactory resolutions and build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to address shipping-related enquiries and ensure smooth order deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively. With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge and familiarity with hair extensions are highly beneficial, as you will be handling customer queries related to hair extension styles and colour matching. Previous experience as a hair extension wearer would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in face-to-face or virtual interactions, to provide personalised customer assistance with confidence.
- A passion for the hair extension industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the market.

**Salary**:
The hourly salary for this position is up to £12.88, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
