We have exciting opportunities for Administrators to join a brand new pensions administration team in Cheadle Hulme for a Global Financial Services Organisation. They will invest in your training from day one and give you all the motivation and support you need working in a friendly, inclusive teams. These are Monday to Friday roles with no weekend working

Teams are made up of colleagues from a range of administration backgrounds. You don’t need previous financial services experience as full training will be provided on site so that you can ask any questions you need to and get an immediate response.

Along with a starting salary of £21,000 per annum you will also get the chance to earn a performance related bonus and profit share annual dividend, 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a pension scheme, life assurance plus much more

**As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the day to day management, administration, and maintenance of client’s employee pension plans in line with agreed SLAs and regulatory governance requirements
- Inputting financial data and information onto spreadsheets and other forms to a high standard and accuracy level within agreed timescales
- Accessing and extracting key data and information as needed
- Solving customer enquiries (verbal and written), understanding the root cause, and fixing them
- Drafting any correspondence needed for customer responses
- Participation in internal and external meetings and liaising with stakeholders
- Risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory requirements

**We are looking for Administrators who have the following skills and experiences**:

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, able to adapt to different IT systems.
- A positive, pro-active attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have excellent attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to work.
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills and can explain things clearly to people.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy managing a varied workload, able to prioritise workload.
- Comfortable using numerical data and working to deadlines and targets.
- Work well on your own and as part of a professional and friendly team.
- Have the right to work in the UK and are a UK resident.

You will work in teams that are made up of colleagues from a range of backgrounds. Whilst previous financial services experience is desirable, full training on products and internal systems will be provided on site so that you can ask any questions you need to and get an immediate response.

These roles will also be suitable for recent graduates with an interest in financial services, or someone who has worked in an administration roles dealing with numerical data but we will consider all administration experience.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 08.00-18:00 **with no weekends or Bank Holidays.**
