About the Role:
VEA Telecoms is seeking a
Junior Administrator
to join our expanding team in Cheadle. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a fast-growing telecoms company. You will play a key role in supporting the management of
waste disposal operations
across multiple regions including
Manchester, Birmingham, Bradford
, and additional areas as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for waste management operations
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for multiple regional sites
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Assist with the permitting process and other operational tasks as required
  • Update and manage waste tracking systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Support reporting activities to ensure deadlines and standards are met
  • Carry out other administrative duties to support the operational team when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (waste or operational admin preferred but not essential)
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new functions and processes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £28,000 £30,000 per annum
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00
