**Job Description**:
Provide comprehensive customer service for all external and internal customers. Deliver an excellent administrative facility to external and internal customers, focusing on complex tasks and ad-hoc requests, and to promote a customer focused environment.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Responsible for working in adherence to all policies and procedures in order to deliver compliant customer outcomes.
- To accurately and promptly complete all relevant administration tasks and ensure they are completed within SLA and understand all appropriate lines of escalation
- Maintain the correct level of accuracy by adhering to the company standards
- Identify and accurately record any complaints received from customers to achieve first time resolution.
- Identify and accurately log any GDPR data rights received from customers within the regulatory timescale.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting any incidents or breaches of operational processes and policies.
- Constantly strive to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate.
- Liaise with third parties to obtain information that supports customers’ requests.
- Raise awareness to management of any issues that arise in relation to procedures.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with other team members
- To adhere to all Company Health & Safety policies, guidelines and legislation
