Do you want to use your social media expertise and web development skills to drive our brand and sales? WMC Training is a big name in Apprenticeships across the UK. We want to drive our brand and our sales to dominate the market and become the UK's leading training provider to the Childcare nursery sector, the NHS and big businesses across the country.

We have identified the need for a highly ambitious, highly skilled Social media specialist with a determined sales ability to establish sales funnels, target specialist groups, copycat audiences and run multiple paid advert campaigns and content online.

You will ensure that our brand is dominant and the first port of call for new clients and students. Using the leads that you generate, you will create a sales cycle that is closed loop and high quality, building great online relationships and finding new business each day in different regions to meet ambitious sales targets.

**You will**:

- You will have a highly developed knowledge of social platforms, and will be able to create content using Canva and other software to appeal to our specific audiences and uniform our branding.
- You will have excellent ability with Wordpress and will be able to update the website to maximise engagement and update content. Creating new landing pages, and updating the site with exciting and tried and trusted methods to convert prospectors into clients.
- You will have an excellent knowledge of SEO and will be able to maximise our relevance online, taking our website and presence further up search engine lists.
- You will identify key groups within social media and respond to questions and conversations within group feeds to develop relationships, trust and new business referrals.
- You will participate in online chats and enquiries on an ongoing basis to ensure that each lead is followed up and where possible converted into a sale.
- You will take a strategic approach and will create automated sales funnels to ensure that we maximise new business opportunities, managing our online reputation and finding sales to meet ambitious targets.
- You will have an excellent flair for design and will create high quality content to ensure our brand stands out for all the right reasons.
- You will target audiences by creating online mailers each week to highlight our services to our audience of over 4000 contacts, and will identify highly engaged recipients to contact and convert into sales.
- You will devise narratives and incentives that capture peoples attention and keep us at the centre of peoples minds.
- You will research and publish relevant articles to our sector via social media in order to keep our content relevant and to develop our role as thought leaders to the childcare industry.
- Using the multiple pipelines and sales funnels that you establish you will create telesales campaigns to meet ambitious sales targets for growth and client saturation across our regions.
- You will create cost effective paid ad campaigns targets specific groups including lookalike audiences and retargeting prospects to ensure that marketing is highly targeted and effective.
- You will use specialist video content production software to create adverts to promote our services on all platforms including Linkedin.

**In return**:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have the autonomy to establish a brand new and expanding role for WMC Training. You will join a small City Centre based team where support from colleagues and a strong team atmosphere is a key strength.

You will recieve a competitive package including salary, 35 days annual leave, pension, Private medical, Perkbox and expenses where incurred for business travel, plus eligibility to a quarterly performance bonus based upon revenues generated.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
