Cambrensis is a Welsh heritage fashion brand grounded in identity, culture, and storytelling. As we scale our campaigns, events, and media presence, we are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern who brings creativity, capability, and initiative - someone ready to contribute directly to the growth and visual voice of the brand.

This is a rare opportunity to gain real experience within the fashion industry, working on live campaigns, brand collaborations, content production, and event coverage as part of a fast-moving brand. You will be at the centre of creating short-form content that captures attention, defines identity, and builds community.

Responsibilities


• Plan, research, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts


• Proactively track social media trends, cultural moments, and relevant audio to guide creative direction


• Support campaign and content scheduling across platforms


• Capture behind-the-scenes content, product and model shoots, and event activations


• Contribute ideas to creative direction and content series development


• Produce graphic design assets, social visuals, and promotional materials when required


• Work collaboratively and professionally within a busy, high-output environment

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:


• Is currently studying or has recently graduated in Marketing, Media, Fashion, Digital Content, Communications, or a closely aligned field


• Has proven experience editing content through CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent platforms


• Can demonstrate capability using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop


• Understands platform trends, algorithm behaviour, and social-first storytelling


• Communicates confidently and works well in a team


• Is friendly, reliable, organised, and proactive


• Has a portfolio or examples of previous work


• Has an appreciation of Welsh heritage and fashion


• Speaking Welsh is an advantage but not essential
