Job Description
Working in our SEO team, you'll be responsible for delivering day-to-day onsite and offsite SEO activity across a variety of clients and industries, including our beauty division Foundation, and our financial services division Balance. Reporting to the SEO Team Lead, you will play an active delivery role across a range of accounts, contributing to core activity, implementing agreed recommendations and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. You'll also contribute insight, research and analysis that supports more complex strategic work led by senior team members.
You'll work closely with Content, Digital PR, Paid Media and Social to help execute integrated campaigns and projects, implement recommendations and support the wider SEO roadmap. You'll conduct research, audits, keyword analysis and performance monitoring that feeds into strategy while ensuring tasks are implemented accurately and efficiently.
You'll contribute to reporting, help prepare insights for client presentations, support querying technical issues, and share relevant new learnings with the team. You'll attend occasional client calls when required.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct client, market and competitor research and analysis
- Support the creation of SEO and content campaign plans
- Execute SEO activity that aligns with client KPIs and goals
- Deliver onsite and offsite optimisation tasks
- Analyse data to inform recommendations and next steps
- Produce clear client reports that communicate performance and opportunity
- Attend client calls where required
- Keep up to date with industry changes and share best practice
- Ensure activity is accurately documented within our project management system
- Support opportunity spotting and new business where appropriate
- Collaborate across teams to maintain best-practice and integrated delivery
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the agency
- Understands how LLMs can support SEO research and insight development
The ideal person
- At least 2+ years demonstrable SEO experience (ideally agency side)
- Motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about SEO and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice across onsite and offsite
- Strong communicator (written + verbal) with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent analytical skills with strong numeracy and Excel competency
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability
- An interest in data and performance-led improvement
- Self-starter with good organisation and the ability to manage workload independently
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and risks within accounts
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Experience supporting or training others is a bonus but not essential
- Awareness of how AI driven search experiences impact how people find and interact with brands online
