We are looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our fully private, award winning implant clinic based in Cardiff. We are a great, fun team who are incredibly passionate about providing 5* customer service to all of our patients and we need someone amazing on board to help us create new opportunities a the business continues to grow

We will expect you to be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and have exceptional organisational skills and a passion for Marketing. Enthusiasm and positivity are an absolute must

For the right person, we are willing for this role to be flexible. We would need around 24-30 hours per week over 4 days and these can be arranged to suit both yours and the businesses' needs. School hours could be accommodated. Some flexibility around working from home may also be possible.

We aim to provide our patients with the best possible dental experience, this includes a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and cutting-edge cosmetic treatments like dental implants to more routine and general treatments. Our experienced, passionate and dedicated team work together with our patients to help transform their smile, choosing the right treatments to give them the results they’ve always dreamed of.

**Duties Include**
- Produce engaging and impactful campaign copy, marketing materials and digital assets.
- Optimize paid search and paid social campaigns providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- SEO performance, optimising on-page elements, including content and META details.
- Reporting to the board

**Essential Knowledge And Skills**
- A minimum of five years' experience working in a digital marketing role, with bias towards data management, analysis and strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, both on-page and technical.
- Paid media knowledge across PPC and paid social.
- A proven track record of business growth.
- Solid analytical skills with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and SEMRush.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience designing & implementing tracking systems.
