Work on projects to support digital campaigns and building an online Welsh Conservatives brand. Using national (Welsh) messaging and assisting MPs and MSs with their digital campaigns. Whilst sitting in the campaigning department, the role will involve significant cross departmental working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing, designing and creating digital campaigns
- Work with the digital team to ensure high quality, timely and consistent levels of digital support to key campaigns.
- Work with by-election teams to co-ordinate digital campaign efforts.
- Liaise with colleagues across the organisation on specialist digital campaign training programmes.
- Develop effective digital campaign messaging and lead on digital copywriting
- Produce quality campaigns, tying together print, digital and press efforts under one coherent message.
- Overseeing content, message and strategy to ensure digital campaigning aligns with broader campaigning objectives.
- Tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and working with the insights department to fine tune digital campaigning output.
- Producing and delivering training to staff and activists.
- Working with the fundraising and campaigning teams to increase broad base fundraising opportunities in support of campaigning objectives.
- Work alongside the digital team to deliver strategic campaigning objectives
- Improve digital infrastructure and skills in critical defence seats ahead of the next general election.

Your professional experience
- Experience working in digital campaigns in a political environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across multiple campaigns and collaborate with stakeholders in the elected, voluntary and professional Party.
- Possessing and willing to further develop a broad base of digital production skills - helping with the flow of projects and managing stakeholder expectations within the Party.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate traditional campaigning strategy into digital campaigning projects
- Ability to respond quickly to new political objectives and prioritise workloads
- Keen political sense, judgement and creative thinking
- Confidence working across CCHQ
