**About you - Senior SEO and Paid Search Specialist**

As an SEO and Paid Search Specialist, you will develop and deliver a creative digital and content marketing strategy ensuring that the company maintains a consistent brand identity and services, nationally and locally.

Working across all aspects of the digital marketing plan, you will create, implement and manage engaging and innovative SEO, CRO, PPC, content, link building and social media strategies.

Using your creativity and research skills, you'll develop captivating online content for our website as well as for landing pages, blogs and e-books, monitoring and analysing engagement and success.

**You will need**
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience of SEO, some PPC and managing social media campaigns
- Experience of creating engaging online content
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
