Job Description

Marketing Executive - £45,000 - Cardiff - 5 days a week onsite

Are you a capable, forward-thinking marketer looking for your next career step? We're supporting a well-established and growing group of companies in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.

This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and real scope for progression. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role across digital, print, and in-person activity-helping to shape campaigns, drive engagement, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

You will have a big influence - be tenacious and eager to go to conferences with the business and collaborate within the industries network. You will work directly alongside the head of marketing.

The Role

  • Manage and update brand websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
  • Analyse and refine marketing campaigns using data-driven insights (web analytics, SEO, paid media, etc.)
  • Design and develop a wide range of marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, digital assets)
  • Support campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support CRM and lead management
  • Liaise with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure consistency of brand and message
  • Contribute to content creation and strategy, with the freedom to bring new ideas

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in a broad marketing role (or strong specialised skills with ambition to broaden)
  • Confident with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, creative, and analytical mindset
  • Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, or photography skills
