Duties will include
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customers vehicles
- Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles
- Loading and updating information onto the bodyshop management system and other associated on-line systems
- Processing payments of policy excess and VAT where applicable
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs

Please note that the core working hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
