Pertemps Exeter are recruiting for **Permanent Customer Service Advisors**for our client based in Marsh Barton Trading Estate. The client is looking a Customer Service Advisor a working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm.
Our client is looking for an energetic **Customer Service Advisor** to join their repair progression team in Exeter, managing the repair element of non-fault insurance claims. You will need to have great customer service skills and ideally, a background in insurance or vehicle hire. If you don't, don't worry they will provideyou with full training

As a **Customer Service Advisor**the post will involve the following:

- Liaise with body shops to track and monitor the repairs of a claimant's vehicles
- Process vehicle hire requests from our corporate clients on the inhouse system within agreed SLA's
- Managing a caseload of claims to plan telephone contact and updates with the client, the insurance company and other third parties involved in the claim
- Provide advice to client regarding the claim and any additional services offered by the business
- Comply to all technical and regulatory processes and procedures
To be considered for the **Customer Service Advisor** position you will need to some of the following skills/experiences:

- Previous experience in a similar role with booking motor vehicles
- Proactive in solving problems and organising own workload
- A quick learner with a natural ability to understand processes and technical information
- A good overall ability with technology including Microsoft office packages
