Office Administration Assistant

Ibex Fulfilment is a warehousing and ecommerce fulfilment company based in Plympton.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Office Administration Assistant to join our enthusiastic team.
The role will encompass various aspects of data entry, regular desktop use of our warehouse management system, assisting with basic client queries both over the phone and through our helpdesk, and liaising with our external courier partners.
The main roles included within this position are.
- Cancelling/amending/holding customer orders, and adding purchase orders for incoming deliveries on to our warehouse management system
- Manual generation of courier shipping labels and shipping documentation
- Assisting the Customer Service team with basic tracking queries
- Analysing daily timesheets for Accounts team
- Inputting data from courier invoices onto spreadsheets
An eye for detail, methodical approach, confidence in inputting data and adherence to strict quality control measures are essential for this position.
Full training will be provided, some experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
The role initially will be for 3 months; however, we envisage this will be extended to longer term role.
Full time hours 8:30-17:00, 30 minute break (40 hours per week)
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
