**JOB TITLE**: Billings Administrator
**LOCATION**: Plymouth / hybrid home working
**HOURS**: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**SALARY**: Up to £20, 000 per annum dependent on experience

**THE ROLE**:This is an admin and customer service focussed role within a busy finance team. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Credit Controllers in operating an efficient reminder system for client payments
- Assisting with billing tasks
- Communicating billing arrangements with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient system for collecting invoices
- Ensuring bills are processed correctly in the system and in a timely manner
- Maintaining repayment plan reminders and debt recovery log
- Allocating all office payments to the ledger
- Other duties to ensure the team run smoothly
**THE CANDIDATE**:
- The ability to produce work which is both accurate and of high quality
- The ability to be proactive and organised
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- You must have a flexible approach and the ability to work in a team environment
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
