Snows are an AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 18 Brands at 52 franchises are proud to be expanding our Customer Contact Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton.

Based at our Lexus and Toyota dealership in Hedge End, the Database Administrator is a member of the CRM and Contact Centre Team and will report into the Contact Centre & Relationships Manager. The Senior CRM Executive will provide proactive operational support to our Colleagues throughout the Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Contact Centre (CCC) teams and will be an active participant in delivering the Database needs of the Snows Group.

**Role**

The Database Administrator is a member of the CRM and Contact Centre Team and will report into the Contact Centre & Relationships Manager. You will provide proactive operational support to our Colleagues throughout the CRM and CCC and will be an active participant in delivering the Database needs of the Snows Group.

To manage and develop Snows’ Database.

Principal duties to include taking overall responsibility for the maintenance, standards and management of customer and vehicle data across our various dealer management systems. This includes the provision of data extracts, creating marketing campaigns, extracting data to be used for marketing purposes and creating marketing materials such as HTML’s.

Key Responsibilities

**Database**
- Promote and maintain positive people relations across the Group.
- Deal effectively & efficiently with CRM issues including customer complaints and resolution.
- Contribute to and support the daily running of the CRM team alongside the CCC & Relationships Manager.
- Keep the CRM team up to date with any operational changes which can impact the team and the business.
- Contribute to management reports and people metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Carry out spot checks on the quality of CRM Executives work and help with the training and coaching to improve performance.
- Cover for CCC & Relationships Manager absence with the allocation of work and as an escalation point for Dealerships and the CRM and CCC Executives.
- Assist in the design and delivery of Executive workshops along with the CCC & CRM Manager.
- Confidently make responsible decisions.
- Carry out project work as and when required.
- Travel to dealerships within the Group to provide both proactive support and help with any training issues required for the CRM and CCC teams.
- Comply with all of Snows policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for the maintenance, development, and integrity of the marketing database, ensuring the data is accurate, current, consistent and removal of corrupt data.
- Ensuring Snows standards are met, and manufacturers requirements are fulfilled.
- Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems, and associated business processes, are fit for purpose. This includes working the third-party suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management
- To ensure the timely delivery of data extracts as required by the marketing department and wider business. Including but not limited to third party conversion reports
- Assist staff in using the database to support their business operations
- Ensure compliance with data protection (including GDPR) and that best business practice is followed with regards to use and maintenance of data stored.
**Marketing**
- Fulfil marketing requests from the marketing team in relation to marketing campaigns as required. This could be but not limited to, data extractions, HTML creation and Keyloop marketing through campaign manager or liaising with third party suppliers.
- Implement new customer journey processes following a brief from HTML creation to campaign set up.
**Team Development**
- To ensure the smooth running of the CRM team.
- To provide clear direction, coaching and support to the team.
- To complete reviews as required. This can be but not limited to ad-hoc reviews, monthly and half yearly whilst following the “Snows Way”
- To monitor sickness, absence, and holiday. Including authorisation and documentat

**Essential**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
