**About The Role**:
**New Horizons Primary School** is seeking to appoint an organised and proactive **Administration Officer** to join our welcoming school office.

As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality support across the school with a focus on SEN administration, parent communication, and oversight of medical provisions and arrangements within the school.

This role is key in helping the school day run smoothly, with clear communication and support provided to pupils, their parents/carers and your colleagues.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be the **first point of contact** for visitors, parents and staff
- Support **SEN admin processes** and complete related paperwork
- **Maintain pupil records**, databases and office systems
- Help **manage parent enquiries** with professionalism and care
- **Work closely with colleagues** to support school objectives

**About You**:

- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills
- **Strong IT**and organisational abilities
- A **calm, efficient and professional** approach to multi-tasking in a busy environment
- Experience of working in a school environment (desirable but not essential)
- **A team player** with a genuine commitment to supporting children's education
