**Overview**

Harnham is working with a huge global media conglomerate on a Senior Customer Insight Analyst role. This well-known media company is looking for someone to add value to their business by increasing the understanding of their user's behaviour, digital marketing,communication and acquisition performance.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will:

- Work cross-functionally with the acquisition team conducting value analysis by increasing the understanding of the drivers of customer acquisition
- Deliver analysis to marketing stakeholders ensuring you are driving business value through your recommendations
- Translate data clearly to communicate insights to their stakeholders
- Utilise customer data to identify the direction their propositions should take and how the business can optimise their cross-selling opportunities
- Help direct acquisition strategies identifying lookalike customers to build new audiences
- Unlock insights from digital marketing performance data to deliver ROI

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Ability to use SQL to manipulate and process large data sets
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience in using analytics for acquisition purposes in a subscription business (understanding of sales trends, subscription journeys and conversion rates)
- You'll love the challenge of visualising data in a meaningful and actionable way (using tools like Tableau/Looker/Data Studio), pioneering new techniques.
