This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data supports pricing, profitability, and operational performance within a dynamic, product-heavy environment.The RoleAs Senior Insight Analyst , you'll sit within a forward-thinking transformation team, working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. You'll analyse performance across thousands of SKUs and customers, deliver pricing and margin insights, and help build the foundations of a modern, connected BI environment under Microsoft Fabric . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending commercial thinking with technical analytics - not just reporting numbers, but understanding the why behind them.What You'll Be DoingLead analytical work across pricing, rebates, and margin performance , helping identify where value is gained or lost. Deliver actionable insights across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain . Partner with ecommerce teams to improve visibility of digital performance and customer behaviour . Support key data integration and transformation projects within the Microsoft Fabric environment. Translate large datasets into clear, commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders. Contribute to key strategic initiatives, including price, volume, and mix analysis and margin optimisation . Tech EnvironmentCore Skills: SQL (essential), Power BI (advantageous)Platform: Microsoft Fabric (mid-implementation)Languages: Python (pandas/numpy - desirable, not essential)Other: Salesforce & Google Analytics exposure beneficialAbout YouProven experience as an Insight Analyst , ideally in wholesale, distribution, or another product-heavy industry. Strong knowledge of pricing, rebates, and margin analysis . Excellent SQL skills and analytical problem-solving capability. Commercially aware - able to tell stories with data and influence decisions. Confident communicator who can engage across multiple business areas.
