Are you an experienced Insight Analyst looking for a new challenge? This fast-growing gaming and betting brand is looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to play a key part in helping the business better understand customer behavior. This is a great opportunityfor an Insight Analyst looking to take a step up.

**THE COMPANY**

The Senior Insight Analyst will be delivering actionable insights to a Gaming and Betting company going through a hyper-growth period. This company has invested heavily into its data analytics functions to enable them to understand customer data and optimiseacquisition and retention.

**THE ROLE**

The Senior Insights Analyst will join during a growth stage that will present opportunities to upskill on the job with exposure to advanced analytics tools. The role will involve delivering key insights that will improve commercial decisions.

In specific, you can be expected to be involved in the following:

- Communicating data insights to non-technical audiences
- Stakeholder management
- Work with product data to help increase performance in order to acquisition and retention.
- Guiding the analytics team through sharing knowledge and expertise.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**

The perfect Senior Insight Analyst will have:

- Commercial experience using SQL
- Experience analysing data to create actionable insights for the wider business.
- Strong data visualisation capabilities (Tableau or Micro Strategy).
- Experience using Python or R is ideal.
- Ideally commercial gaming experience - not essential
