We are seeking to recruit an administrator to join our team for a short period of time.
- Situated in Beaconsfield, the Nursery school provides an outstanding education for children in Nursery.
- We are looking for an administrator to run the office at the Nursery, supporting the senior leadership team, staff team, children and parents.
- Responsibilities: - Run the office at the Nursery, supporting the senior leadership team, staff, children and parents; ensuring the smooth running of the administration aspects of the nursery.
- Be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and contractors and will need to ensure that all safeguarding procedures are strictly adhered to.
- The ability to work independently is essential to this role, whilst being proactive and organised to meet deadlines.
- IT literate, with the extensive knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- You will provide administrative support to Central Office as required.
Requirements: - Previous experience of working in a school office environment desirable - Must be confident in working in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to answer the phone is a respectable manor - Carry out data tasks to a high level - Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must as is an ability to communicate effectively in both the written and verbal form.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
