Office Assistant

**Main Responsibilities**:
- General office administrative tasks including reception duties, managing office supplies/stationery and calendar management for the team and directors.
- Support with HR processes including new starter inductions & team building activities.
- Take ownership for ISO quality compliance - overseeing operations to ensure the team are working within ISO guidelines, such as monitoring change management, documentation, taking minutes in board meetings and client feedback.
- Health and Safety requirements e.g. fire alarm testing, risk assessments and general office maintenance.
- Assist the Finance Director with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan team events throughout the year, monitor social media engagement, assist with creating content and reports, market research, client testimonials and updating marketing collateral.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- Must be organised, time efficient and comfortable working with team members at all levels.
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn from peers.
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound computer skills with the ability to use all MS packages.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes where required.
