Ahoy there Starboard Hotels is on the lookout for an amazing and organized **Office Assistant** to join our team in the Beaconsfield office. If you're the kind of person who loves to keep things shipshape, are a wizard at multitasking, and can bring a splash of positive energy to the office, then you might just be the one we're looking for
**A bit about what will you be doing**:
- **Record Management**:Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- **Incoming Mail and Correspondence**:Sort, prioritize, and distribute incoming post efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist Directors with administrative tasks and manage expense reports, support Procurement and Finance Teams in their day-to-day activities.
- **Reporting and Communication**:Prepare and distribute regular Company and Central Team reports, Draft letters, meeting agendas, in-house communications, and Birthday cards.
- **Visitor Assistance**:Greet and assist visitors and guests to the office in a professional and welcoming manner.
- **Travel Arrangements**:Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues to support and lead team projects, initiatives, and company events.
- **Diary Management**:Support the Managing Director with diary management and appointments.

- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization.
- Proven ability to navigate and excel in fast-paced, ever-changing work environments, embracing new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Polite and approachable, presenting a friendly manner that contributes to a positive team atmosphere.
- Dedicated and diligent work approach, committed to delivering high-quality results
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on SharePoint
